We stayed here this past weekend and had the most magnificant time. The bed and breakfast is like a 4-star hotel
with an at home feel. The breakfast that Michelle and Dan served in the mornings was by far the best food we had
the entire time we were in Branson. We stayed in the Bears Den and actually got engaged there. It is a great
place to stay and we will be back for years to come.

What a find! My husband and I celebrated our 1st yr. anniversary at Gaines Landing B&B and can't say enough about it.
Everything was beautiful, CLEAN, and breakfast put 5lbs on me. Nothing like southern cooking I say.
Dan and Michele are a terrific couple and would like to thank them again! Close to everything and far enough away from
everything. We will be back! Watch Out!

They will go out of their way to treat you like family. I read reviews and wonder are they really like that? Trust me,
they are. My wife and I have stayed here 2-3 or 4 different times. We would never stay anywhere else. This is more than
a bed and breakfast. You'll eat and sleep like royalty. Walking distance to the landing YET still out of the way of all
the hustle and bustle. How much more could you ask for???

AWESOME - Dan & Michelle have the perfect hideaway for peace and quiet.
The Bear's Den is awesome in decoration and peacefulness. You are family from the time you arrive to the time you leave.
We wanted to pack them up and bring them home! We were totally blown away with their breakfast feasts.
Something different every day. Their knowledge of the Branson area is second to none.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. From the initial contact and reservations the process could not have been better. Thanks for setting us up on the many shows we attended. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations and has set a new standard in our mind for what a breakfast should be like. Dan and Michele were great innkeepers and made sure that we were taken care of at all times. Now that reality has set back in and we are back in our normal routine, we look forward to our next stay.

Dan and Michelle, After being back in KC for two days, we are still talking about what a wonderful time we had at
Gaines Landing. On our first morning back, Bill and I went to our kitchen table at 9:00 a.m. and stared at each
other for a few minutes. No one greeted us with a cheerful "Good Morning," or asked us what we wanted in our made
to order omelets! Thanks again for a wonderful time. You guys are awesome! We'll see you again, I'm sure!

Dan & Michelle, We truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend. You have a perfect location which is away from the hustle and bustle, but have easy access to all attractions. Your recommendations for getting around saved us a lot of time on the road giving us more time to enjoy Branson. When we come back, we will definitely be staying at Gaines Landing,God Bless and have a wonderful holiday season.

We stayed here for the first time on our Honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. The room was perfect, the breakfast was perfect, the Innkeepers are amazing. We will never stay anywhere else! We love the very relaxing rooms and the private hot tubs! We came back for our first anniversary and will be back for many more! We love you guys!! Absolutly the best place
we have ever stayed at. The hospitality was tremendous and added to the relazing atmosphere,
this was a great getaway weekend to work on our marrage of 6 years and it worked wonders.
We look forward to coming back in warmer weather to further enjoy the beauty of this property.

Gaines Landing has been
a wonderful place for us, to getaway from our busy lives and is even better under the new
ownership. It has been a blessing to have The Bears Den as a peaceful place to stay for our
Honeymoon and 1 year Anniversary. We love the new hot tub and breakfast was, just the way we

The Rose Garden Room was fantastic, so peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub was great.
Our Host and Hostess were extremely gracious and hospitable, and we loved spending time
with them, even my daughter Maddison had a great time. The John Wayne was a real treat.
Oh and the food was dynamite! We will definitely be coming back and bringing some family
and friends along.

Great place to enjoy
Branson! Good people, Great company and Lasting Memories. The hot tub, Cinnamon rolls and
other amenities were spectacular. But the best of all was the high quality of the hospitality
at Gaines Landing. Michele and Dan treated us like family. I seriously love this place.

Gaines Landing is such a
beautiful place to stay. We will be back as soon as possible, to enjoy it again! The Rose Garden
Room was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. We loved eating breakfast with The Duke and
hearing his life's story. Speaking of breakfast, It was delicious! never had I eaten so much
great food for breakfast, It was just to good to stop. For our 2nd Honeymoon, it was very
memorable and we plan on telling all of our friends. PS: I spent about an hour a night in the
hot tub, WOW, it was great.

This was the 1st time
staying at a bed and breakfast and Gaines Landing was a great place to stay, for our first
time. The Rose Garden room is so pretty. Red Roses were our Wedding flowers and since we were
here to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary, The Rose Garden room theme was perfect. The added
champagne and hot tub was great!! The breakfast was so delicious and visiting with The Duke
was fun. Thanks for all your hospitality.

This B&B is great!
A wonderful home away from home! We will remember this place next time we plan to return to

My husband, Gary and I came down to Branson for a weekend getaway. life gets so busy and we needed to get away to relax and enjoy each other. Gaines Landing B&B has been the perfect place to do that. The room was awesome, to walk out the door to the pool and it was wonder as well. the hot tub was very private and romantic. We forgot we were even in the busy city of Branson. The Bible talks about how God gives different gifts to different people and he has given Dan and Michele the gift of HOSPITALITY! Thanks you for using your gifts and we look forward to coming back.

We came here for our Honeymoon, looking for a relaxing retreat. We definitely found it! Our stay here was absolutely delightful. Our stay in the Bears Den was exceptional. We have been to many B&B's and this is by far the top of our list. It is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is very relaxing to have your own private hot tub. Gaines Landing was the name of my family plantation in Southeast Arkansas (approx 20 miles North of the La line)on the Mississippi River. We operated Gaines Landing forover five years before selling.
